Big changes are coming to Disney's BoardWalk in late 2026! From the new Hurly-Burly lounge to new shopping experiences, there will be even more reasons to spend time around Crescent Lake.

Disney's BoardWalk has always been one of my favorite places to stroll, grab a bite to eat, or simply enjoy the atmosphere after a day in the parks. And now, even more experiences are on the way beginning in late 2026!

Guests can look forward to a new waterfront lounge, Hurly-Burly, featuring daytime trivia and games, plus live music and cocktails in the evenings. A new Basin location will also bring unique shopping experiences, including bath products and interactive stations. And Disney has teased that even more additions are still to come.

The BoardWalk area already has such a fun energy, and these updates will give guests even more reasons to spend time there.

Dreaming of escaping the winter chill? My clients were too!

They chose five nights of sunshine, white-sand beaches, and crystal-clear waters aboard a Virgin Voyages sailing to Grand Turk and the Beach Club at Bimini. Sailing roundtrip from Miami, this itinerary is the perfect combination of relaxation and fun.

Travel Tip Tuesday

As cruise lines continue to add more ships, they don't always sail from their usual terminals. Disney Cruise Line occasionally uses alternate terminals in Port Canaveral and Fort Lauderdale, and the same can be true for Royal Caribbean and other cruise lines as well.

If you're making your own way to the port, be sure to check your cruise documents or online check-in information for the correct terminal before you leave. A quick double-check can save a lot of stress and ensure you end up at the right place!

No matter which terminal your ship is using, the cruise line will do its best to make the embarkation process smooth and welcoming.

Do you have a Disney Cruise Line placeholder waiting to be assigned to a future sailing?

There's some good news! Disney has extended the enhanced onboard booking offer through June 2027.

While onboard bookings typically come with a 10% discount, select sailings are currently eligible for savings of 20–25%, making this a great time to put that placeholder to use.
