Ibiza is such a vibrant island. During the day, visitors can admire beautiful waterfront views, the walkable old town, and the relaxed Mediterranean feel. Once evening arrives, the atmosphere changes and the city comes alive in a whole different way.

One thing I especially loved about visiting on our Virgin Voyages sailing was that we had an overnight stop in port, so we were able to experience both sides of Ibiza instead of feeling rushed through a quick day visit.

Have I mentioned how much I love hearing from clients after they return from vacation?

My clients, the Cross-Dunn Family, recently returned from a sailing aboard the Disney Destiny and shared this with me:

“We had an amazing trip! Thank you for everything! The ship was amazing! We definitely like it better than the Wish.”

When clients send photos and share little moments from their trip, it honestly feels like I get to experience some of the joy right along with them. Helping families create these memories is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Thank you for trusting me with such special vacations.

What are my go-to choices for dinner at 1923 onboard the Disney Destiny? I'm a big fan of the Hyperion Four-Cheese Tri-Color Tortelloni, Burrata Mozzarella Cheese & Prosciutto di Parma topped off with the 1923 Peppered Filet Mignon.
