Meet Captain Zak and his First Mate Rowdy! Over the past 15 summers, Zak has spent majority of his weekends boating on Mtn Island Lake. Aside from some time away caused by suffering a spinal cord injury from a dirtbike accident.. Which left him paralyzed and now in a wheelchair, Zak still does mostly everything he did before, just a bit differently. As for his pontoon, he has modified it for wheelchair accessibility. His happy place is on the water and he loves getting the chance to share it with others! Also, His life long love for watersports did not end with his injury.. shortly after, he picked up adaptive water skiing and now skis for Team USA🇺🇸 where he won a 🥉 in Jump at 2026 Worlds in Australia 🇦🇺!!

As for his First Mate.. Rowdy is a 3 month old Micro Golden Doodle and is already the most precious boat dog ever! We may be slightly biased! 🐶
