We are a locally owned and operated mold remediation company. We specialize in complete mold solutions.

We are looking for someone who can work independently without having someone looking over their shoulder.

Looking for someone with remediation experience but will train

We like to promote from within and will have a crew leader position open soon. Crew leader is responsible to make sure things run smoothly at the jobsite while keeping standards and safety in mind.

Required:

Some type of experience working in crawlspaces

Prior experience laying v***r barrier in crawlspaces. Experience with sealing barriers a plus but not required.

Ability to work in small places and wear a full face mask. Due to safety this job requires more of a medium to small frame worker.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Starting pay negotiable based on experience. Pay increase directly related to how quickly can pick up the job requirements.

We are a mold remediation company. Looking to hire a mold tech to train to become a crew leader. Crew leader is responsible for helping complete the work and keeping other employee or employees going in the right direction and pace.

We are willing to train and pay is negotiable depending on amount of training needed. We normal start at $12 and move up within first month as soon as you are working on your own. Pay goes up again once you are able to run the crew without constant supervision.

The majority of our work is completed in crawlspaces. Removing insulation, remediating the joist and subfloor, removing and replacing the v***r barrier. We do other remediation as well but that is the bulk of our jobs.

It is not hard but does require you to pay attention to detail. The faster the jobs are completed the more we can pay per hour. Simple math.

Our main work week is Monday thru Friday from 9 to 5. Hours move a little bit depending on work load and weather but very rare to work any weekends.

Must be able to wear a full face mask. As most of our work is done in crawlspaces there is a bit of a size restriction for safety reasons. This job is tailored more for a small to mid framed person.

We are trying to hire and train a crew leader but may also be looking to fill one crew position.
