Safe Harbor Creativity Coaching uses the Kaizen-Muse creativity coaching model developed by Jill Badonsky. It is a kind and gentle approach that uses small steps and a series of tools to help clients overcome blocks to their creative process. As a coach I work with individuals to help them deal with perfectionism, procrastination, self sabotage, fears and other blocks to making their dreams reality.

I just received my yarn to go with this pattern. It’s going to be my pandemic sweater. I think this thing will be going on for a long time. I need is cozy cardigan. The yarn is called from and it’s made from American Targhee and Columbia wools. I like that.
