Like every morning, we start the day with the energetic hope that everything will be better. Hours go by and the chained voice on the other end of the phone consumes you. The broker with his arrogance and indolence (not all) The driver, with his anguish, justified impatience, insecurity and sometimes rude complaints (not all) Everyone in the transport union seems to forget that the dispatcher or dispatch by commission is the only one who works without any compensation for those hours of misfortune in which he does not get the load desired by the driver. Hours, sometimes days go by while they desperately wait for their just compensation. You hear phrases like we are the ones who pay for the broken dishes!!! You guys are getting cool sitting in a chair!!! It's me who can't pay my bills!!! The day that we all respect the work of others and that we understand and put ourselves in each other's shoes, only then, things will go better for everyone! 🥺
