We proudly celebrate 7 years since AngelKare Residential officially became a licensed provider. What started as a vision to serve has grown into years of building relationships, supporting individuals, and making a difference in the lives of the people we have the privilege to serve.

This milestone would not have been possible without our incredible Direct Support Professionals, office staff, and every employee who has chosen to serve with compassion and dedication. You are the heart of AngelKare.

To our individuals and their families—thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey. Your confidence in our team means more than words can express.

We are also grateful to our guardians, case managers, behavior consultants, therapists and everyone who has worked alongside us over the past seven years. Together, we have created opportunities, celebrated successes, and helped improve lives.

✨ Staff Spotlight: Founder ✨
Allow us to reintroduce ourselves… We are Bond Behavioral Services — and this is our Founder & Executive Director, Anthony Bond Jr.

Bond Behavioral Services was founded in January 2023 with a mission to create hope, provide job opportunities, create room for growth, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. What started as a vision has grown into a team dedicated to empowering others every single day.

Our mission: “Come bond with us and we will empower you.”
We strive to help individuals build independence, develop life and behavioral skills, and improve their overall quality of life, while also supporting families with dependable services, open communication, and compassionate care. We are committed to promoting inclusion, understanding, and access to quality behavioral services in our communities.

When asked what he is most proud of, Anthony shared that he is proud of how much has been accomplished since the very beginning — but he is even more excited for the future, the continued growth of our team, and expanding services to reach more people in our community.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys watching sports, baking, and recreational sports.

We are proud to be celebrating 3 years of Bond Behavioral Services and the vision that started it all.
