We set up in the street and reached 110 feet to swap this A/C unit along the side of the home—removing the old system and carefully placing the replacement exactly where it needed to go.

We lifted these 3,500 lb palm trees over the home and into the courtyard at a 121’ working radius using our Link-Belt HTC-86100, configured with 140’ of main boom and the full 39,500 lbs of counterweight.

Bringing the finishing touches to this backyard transformation. 🌴

We lifted a new spa and palm tree over the home and into the backyard at a 145-foot working radius. To safely reach the placement area from the street, we configured our 100-ton Link-Belt with 140 feet of main boom, the 35-foot base section jib, and the full 39,500-pound counterweight package.

When irrigation goes down in the middle of a Coachella Valley summer, every minute counts.

We responded immediately to help a local golf course access a failed pump motor for emergency repairs. Our crew lifted the 10,000 lb pump house off its concrete pad and set it safely aside, then removed the 4,000 lb motor so it could be rebuilt.

Fast response, careful planning, and safe, efficient execution—helping get this course one step closer to restoring irrigation before the summer heat took its toll.

Big reach, tight access, and plenty of precision at The Saguaro for Splash House . 🌴🏗️

Our crew handled both load-in and load-out, using our 100-ton Link-Belt HTC-86100 in its full 39,500-pound counterweight configuration to place multiple art pieces and stage-decor components inside the hotel’s pool courtyard.

With the crane set up completely outside the courtyard, we worked over a 40-foot roofline to lift two 7,500-pound ballast bases and set two portal towers onto them at a 110-foot radius. Once the heavy lifting was complete, we erected the 58-foot bi-fold jib and continued setting oversized wooden art pieces near the stage at radii reaching 150 feet.

The combination of limited setup space, blind picks, a tall roofline, and a crowded courtyard made communication and operator precision critical from the first pick to the last.

From full 140-foot main-boom lifts to 198 feet of total boom and jib, our Link-Belt gave us the reach and capacity needed to bring the venue together—and safely take it all back down after the festival.

A/C swap with a little reach involved. 🏗️

We removed and replaced a rooftop A/C unit on a 40’ tall building at a 135’ working radius. With limited setup room in a busy commercial center, crane placement and boom configuration were key to getting the job done safely and efficiently.

A clean setup, a long reach, and another unit set right where it needed to go.

30 years of service replaced in a single day.

This local packing house relied on the same chiller infrastructure for nearly three decades to keep freshly harvested crops cold. When it came time for an upgrade, we were brought in to handle the critical lifts.

The centerpiece of the project was setting a 20,000 lb replacement coil assembly through a very tight roof opening at a 43-foot working radius. With only inches to spare between structural steel, piping, and the surrounding walls, this wasn’t a lift that left any room for error. Every movement had to be deliberate and precise.

Before the crane ever rolled onto the jobsite, we completed a detailed site visit. By taking a few key measurements and applying some simple math, we were able to determine the exact crane location, calculate our working radius, and give the customer complete confidence that the lift was well within our safe operating range. Good planning eliminates guesswork.

Once the coil assembly was safely in place, we completed the project by setting the remaining chiller components and supporting equipment, helping modernize a cooling system that keeps fresh produce moving from the field to the market.

Projects like this are a reminder that successful crane work isn’t just about lifting heavy objects—it’s about planning, precision, and executing safely from the first site visit to the final pick.
