FOR Sale or trade
selling my blue eyed Wilbur. Im horrible at sale pitches so here's the basics.
New videos upon request
Wilbur is a grade horse. 6 yrs old. i have had him since he was 2. I would say green broke. He ties, loads, great for farrier, He also knows how to mount up and side pass.
Edit to add i haven't stuck him for 2 years but he is just under 15HH. I think.
Has never "bolted" from being spooked. Just a quick side pass. As a two year old he went to Zoe Woodland for ground training. As a 3 year old he went to Tori Bromme for 2 months to get some additional training and ride time. Last summer he went to Josephine Irene Wright from a 30 day refresher where he was to go on consignment but we ran into some things putting some additional ride time on hold.
Wilbur prefers English over Western. He would make a GREAT English horse for the perfect rider.
Selling him as PROJECT. His quirk is he doesnt like unknown things in his blind spot near his butt. He needs someone to help build his confidence as he looks to other horses for security.
He has slight damage to his poll but doesnt effect him.
He has the starting of arthritis in his back left hock. I believe is where it was. Xrays on file with vet.
UTD on shots, coggins, feet and teeth (but teeth due in august)
Asking 2,👊👊👊's. Or will trade for a seasoned horse that is perfect for trails.
Pm me what you have. some maintenance would be ok and must be lower in pecking order.
Mare or Gelding
Must ride alone and in groups
Trail horse. Will not be doing any showing.
Easy keeper
14.3 or taller. Thicker the better
Must load, stand tied, stand for farrier
He is very buddy sour with my other gelding so unfortunately test rides will not be permitted. But you are more than welcome to check him out.
