We never claim that we're perfect but we always treat everyone who came into our store with respect and kindness. Yesterday, Rudy Guajardo and Karen Hansen came to our store with a QR code for the UPS store. My employee explained to them that we can't accept that and they walked out.

Later, they posted 1 star reviews on Google stating that she yelled and was rude to them. Can anyone tell me who they are so I can have a civilized conversation with them?

Important Reminder About UPS Pick-Ups

We’re always happy to help with your UPS package pick-ups, and here’s how you can check your tracking status to avoid any inconvenience:

- If your tracking status shows “On the way”, it means your package is still in transit and hasn’t arrived at our store yet.

- When your tracking status shows “Awaiting Customer Pick Up” with our store’s address, your package is ready for collection.

We completely understand the frustration of not having your package when expected. However, please note that we do not have control over when UPS delivers packages to our store, as their timeline depends on their own processes.

If you need help checking your tracking status, feel free to give us a call before coming by, we are happy to assist!

We’ve faced some tough moments recently when packages weren’t here yet, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Your kindness means so much to us, and we’re doing our very best to help. Thank you very much for your support!
