One of my favorite things about being a travel advisor is getting to help people experience places that I genuinely love.

Europe is probably the best example.

I’ve had the opportunity to travel to most of the countries in Europe, some more a few times. Pair that with my time living in Italy for a while, and those experiences have become one of the things I value most when I’m helping my clients plan their own trips.

Because sometimes the best advice isn’t found in a guidebook (or Tik Tok!)

- It’s knowing when a city deserves an extra night.
- Which places make sense to combine.
- When a private transfer is a better option than a train.
- Where it’s worth spending a little more.
- And where I’d tell you not to spend your time and money!

I love being able to take what I’ve learned from my own travels: the good, the great, and the “I wouldn’t do that again” moments, and use it to help my clients create a trip that’s right for them.

If you’ve been to or are from Europe, comment below: what’s one place you’d go back to in a heartbeat? 👇🏻

Who wants to cruise with me?! 🚢☀️

I just opened a group cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas for July 25 - August 1, 2027, and I’d love to have you join me!

One of the best parts? We sail right out of Cape Liberty, NJ, so if you’re local, there’s no flight needed. And for my friends in Ohio, it’s still an easy drive or a short flight to get there!

And the pricing is pretty great, too. I always love a balcony, but if you’d like an interior cabin, two people can get away for under $1,500 for the whole week - with food included! Or you could get two rooms for your family of 4 or 5 at a very reasonable price.

Plus, my group comes with extra perks, and the best perk of all… I’ll be on the ship too! 🥂

If a summer cruise sounds like your kind of getaway, or you’ve been saying “we really need to take a vacation”, maybe this is the one!

July 25 - August 1, 2027:

👋🏻 Hello! I’ll be cruising too!

I’m loving this itinerary I just planned and booked for a family of four for November break! 🇮🇹

They’re headed to Rome and Florence to explore these two iconic cities and experience the best of what they have to offer.

A few highlights:

🚗 Rome golf cart tour
🏛️ Family-friendly Colosseum tour
🖼️ Family Vatican tour
🍷 A day in Tuscany exploring charming towns, with wine tasting and lunch at a local winery
🍝 Pasta-making class
✨ And all the little things in between!

And of course, I don’t just book the big-ticket experiences. I add my own touches throughout the itinerary… restaurant recommendations, suggested activities, insider tips and tricks, and all those little details that make a trip feel seamless and special.

November is also such a great time to visit Italy: fewer crowds, cooler temperatures, and often more affordable accommodations.

Have kids out of school the first week of November? There’s still plenty of time to plan an unforgettable Italy getaway (or anywhere else you’d like to go)!

Our last port of call on this trip was Cozumel! 🌴

After navigating our way through the maze of port shops, we met up with our private tour guide, John, from Jeep Riders Cozumel. We rented a buggy and drove ourselves around for the day, following behind John so he could lead us from stop to stop.

Honestly, I couldn’t even remember everything that was included in our day, so every stop was kind of a surprise 😂. But also, it was completely customizable so we could make the day whatever we wanted it to be.

Our first stop was a tequila tasting at a lovely family-owned business. We must have tried 7 different tequilas! The kids were very interested in hanging out with the family dogs, which worked out perfectly. 🐶

Next, John took us to Pueblo de Maiz, which was such a cool, interactive experience. We learned more about Mayan culture while getting to actually participate in a bunch of the activities. Definitely one of those stops that was way more fun than we expected! And we were the only ones there!

After that, we drove to a local beach for a quick dip to cool off. Guys, it was HOT. The humidity had us feeling pretty sticky, so that swim was very welcome!

Then we stopped at a local restaurant where tacos and fajitas were included in our day. 🌮

Our last stop, which was added last minute, was a local cenote, where we got to swim in the refreshing water and, of course, keep an eye out for any creatures lurking underneath😂 This ended up being one of our favorite stops of the day!

The only downside? It was SO hot. Even the locals said it was the hottest day they’d felt all summer… so that’s saying something! 🥵

Overall, it was such a fun and unexpected day exploring Cozumel!

Our day in Honduras was SO much fun! 🇭🇳

We arrived early and met our private driver shortly after docking. First stop was the Mayan Jungle Canopy, an animal sanctuary where rescued monkeys, sloths, and all kinds of birds are cared for and rehabilitated.

If you know me, you know I HATE the idea of animals hanging out on my head and shoulders 😬 But I knew the kids would love it, and seeing the sloths up close was pretty incredible!

From there, we headed to a chocolate and rum tasting. Honestly, the sales pitch was a little intense at both, but the tastings themselves were excellent, and we were happy to support the local businesses.

Then it was off to West Bay Beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. White sand, crystal-clear water, and the perfect place to spend the afternoon. We hung out at a private beach club, sipping piña coladas and soaking up the sun (and spending plenty of time in the water, too!). We even grabbed some empanadas from a guy selling them on the beach, and they were delicious!

It was a pretty amazing day all around. I definitely would have loved more time to explore the island, but that’s cruise life… you can’t see it all in one day! 🌴☀️

Our time in Belize was all about getting out on the water!

After taking a tender from the ship to Belize City, we hopped on another boat for about an hour ride out near Caye Caulker.

This is the only excursion I booked through the cruise line. With all the boat transfers, I wanted the peace of mind knowing we’d make it back to the ship on time.

Our first stop was snorkeling in the clearest water. We saw colorful fish, conch, a sea turtle, and stingrays.

Then we headed to another spot where we were surrounded by sharks and stingrays in their natural habitat. The laugh-screams coming from my 12 year old are something we’ll definitely be laughing about for a while😂

After all of that, we made our way to Caye Caulker (with rum punch in hand), for a delicious lunch, some swimming, and a little shopping before heading back.

Overall, it was a fantastic outing and we had such a fun day out with Exotic Shore Excursions!

Today we docked in Costa Maya and spent the morning exploring the Chacchoben ruins 🇲🇽

The history is incredible! The heat, not so much😂

Luckily, we had our private guide, Daniel, and he was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable about the history and stories, plus he made it engaging and interesting for the kids.

And then on the way back, Daniel pulled over on the side of the road to get us fresh pineapple, mango, and dragon fruit🍍

So it was a pretty great morning! And we very much appreciated the pool and air conditioning upon our return to the ship 😊

We all know summer is BUSY with vacations, kids, activities, family time, and everything in between, but these amazing women continue to show up for their families AND their clients like a boss!

I’m so proud of the dedication, hustle, and heart these moms bring to their businesses. They are building something of their own while still being present for the people who matter most, and that deserves to be celebrated!

Team Roth is heading out on an adventure that’s pretty rare for us… we’re cruising!🚢

On Saturday we’re boarding the Enchantment of the Seas out of Tampa and setting off for some pretty amazing stops in Mexico, Belize, and Honduras.

Enchantment of the Seas is one of Royal’s smaller, more classic ships, and we think she’ll be perfect for our family 😍

So will this cruise convert us into future cruises? We’ll see!

I’ll be sharing some of our adventure along the way, so follow along and let me know if you have any tips for us in the comments.

And as always, if you’re traveling while I’m away and have an emergency, please reach out to me as previously discussed 📧

A few of the adventures they have planned:
