Picking up friends or family at Jackson Hole Airport? Here are our tips for a seamless experience!

1. Check their flight status at jacksonholeairport.com
2. Use curbside pickup when your passenger already has their bags and is ready to go! This zone is for activley loading or unloading.
3. Use the cellphone lot if they need a few extra minutes. There are four spaces in our cellphone lot to coordinate with your friends or family while they make their way outside.
4. Short term parking is free for 1.5 hours! Flight delayed? You arrived too early? Park, stretch your legs and enjoy the fresh air in the courtyard adjacent to short term parking, outside of bag claim.

Thanks for having a plan, keeping traffic moving, and not idling while you wait.

TSA PreCheck® Enrollment Event at JAC – Jackson Hole, WY – 9/15-9/18!
Sign up now!

JAC and IDEMIA are hosting a TSA PreCheck enrollment event, ready to make your U.S. travel easier. If you're not already part of the TSA PreCheck program, you can now pre-enroll and schedule your in-person appointment at Jackson Hole Airport - 1215 East Airport Rd, Jackson, WY 83001.

Appointments are available on a first come first served basis, so we recommend applying as soon as possible.
3 Easy Steps to TSA PreCheck
1. Apply online: Submit an online application and schedule an appointment at Jackson Hole, WY- Pop-Up: JAC, 9/15-9/18
2. Enroll in person: Come to Jackson Hole Airport to complete the less than 10-minute enrollment which includes capturing your fingerprints and photo for the TSA background check. Be sure to bring documentation proving your identity and citizenship status.
3. Get your Known Traveler Number (KTN): Most travelers get their KTN in three to five days.
What is TSA PreCheck?

TSA PreCheck was created to provide low-risk travelers with a smoother experience at the airport security passenger checkpoint. The program is open to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.
The TSA PreCheck program is a great option for frequent travelers looking to save time during the airport security process. There is a $76.75 enrollment application fee, which covers five years of participation, if approved.

It takes a little care to keep Battle of Wills shining.

Each year, a sculpture restoration team carefully cleans and waxes the sculpture to preserve its patina and remove mineral buildup, helping ensure this iconic welcome to Jackson Hole continues to greet travelers for years to come.

Designed by artist Bart Walter, the 15.5-foot, 4,000-pound cast bronze and stainless steel sculpture captures the “battle of wills” tension between horse and rider, celebrating the spirit of the American West and legacy of the rodeo in Jackson Hole.

These devices allow equipped vehicles to be visible to air traffic control, aircraft, and airport personnel, improving situational awareness and communication for all airfield operators.

It's another investment in safety that helps keep airfield operations running smoothly while supporting the safe movement of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel every day.

Flying to Jackson? Here’s some bear safety guidelines from our friends at Visit Jackson Hole.

We’d like to add some additional dos and don’ts:
- DO Return your Bear Aware bear spray rentals to the Bear Aware kiosk in baggage claim, or recycle your bear spray in the marked receptacles at our multi-stream recycling bins before security.
- DON’T Bring bear spray in your checked or carry-on luggage.

This summer, road construction and some closures in the park and surrounding areas may cause delays. Please plan ahead and check the park website for the latest updates, or stop by a visitor center to speak with a ranger.

With more than 300,000 acres to explore, 250 miles to hike, and countless scenic views to enjoy, there is plenty of space to make memories that last a lifetime.
