We're pretty unreasonable when it comes to our customer service.

*Unreasonable customer service* is a guiding principle at HPL. Inspired by Eleven Madison Park, and its co-owner's book Unreasonable Hospitality, the idea came to light after an unbelievable food and service experience at the famed restaurant.

Although HPL is not going into the business of delivering world-class meals anytime soon, we apply the idea to delight our customers with world-class service.
