Early morning, Drop…? I guess so.

I was home alone getting ready for school when I saw it on TV. I remember just standing there watching… not fully understanding what was happening but knowing something was wrong… 25 years have passed and I can still picture that morning. I also remember what came after. Flags were EVERYWHERE. People prayed. Churches were full… For a while we weren’t divided… we were just Americans. Looking around today I wonder if we’ve failed to talk about 9/11 enough. There seems to be an entire generation that do not understand what it cost and why we said we would never forget.

Tell your kids about 9/11. Tell them about the people that lost their lives that day and those who paid the ultimate sacrifice fighting for our country there after and about the way our country came together.
