Monroe Self Storage is looking to hire a part-time customer service representative. Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service / retail experience. Excellent customer service and phone skills. Experience with Microsoft office products. Ability to work weekends.

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for but not limited to taking payments, handling customer questions, renting and showing units to prospective customers and light maintenance.

Self storage Associate

Self Storage company seeks an associate. We are a locally owned and operated facility. Please take a moment to review the specific qualifications we are looking for before responding:

· Minimum 1 year of retail / sales experience.

· Excellent customer service, phone, and sales skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Google Drive

· Ability to perform basic operational duties and light maintenance

· Must be able to work weekends

· Ability to process payments and make collections calls on past due to accounts

· Outgoing personality, leadership skills, and ability to deal with customers in a professional manner

· You must be willing to undergo a background check

· Preferred experience with self-storage software SiteLink or similar program
