🚛 TRUCKING 101: HOW DOES A PNEUMATIC DRY BULK TRAILER WORK?

Ever wonder how products like flour, sugar, and fly ash get from one location to another?

At Hofmann Trucking, our Pneumatic/Dry Bulk Division plays an important role in keeping essential products moving!

💨 Here's how it works:

1️⃣ Top Loading: Dry bulk materials are loaded into the trailer through hatches on top.

2️⃣ Pneumatic Unloading: A powerful blower uses compressed air to move the product through a hose and into the customer's storage silo.

It's a specialized process that requires the right equipment, skilled drivers, and a strong commitment to safety.

👏 A big shoutout to our Pneumatic Division drivers who keep these essential materials moving every day!

Take a look at the graphic below to see how it all works!
