Since that time, Grand Rapids Transport has grown from a small company with five power units and several trailers, to a fleet of over 50 power units and 150 trailers running in excess of six million miles per year. nsport has 48 State Common Carrier Authority, Contract Authority, Canadian Authority and Brokerage Authority. The Company serves the West Coast, the East Coast and the Southern states, as well as Ontario, Canada, providing on time service to its customers, utilizing both 53-foot Air Ride Straight Frame Dry Vans and high volume 53-foot Drop Deck Vans. Grand Rapids Transport is staffed with a group of experienced, dedicated employees committed to customer service and an aggressive maintenance program providing safe, reliable equipment.

We would like to give a special thanks to the many drivers out there, all over the country, working hard to keep our country moving. There are so many that chose to keep freight moving today. There are also many that may not have been able to get home. The Thanksgiving meal will be served at the truck stop tonight, or from the fridge in their cab. Heartfelt thank you to all that put duty first today. May you enjoy the fruits of your labor and time spent with loved ones to the fullest when you can.
