HAPPY NATIONAL BOSS’S DAY!

Today, we're celebrating two incredible leaders who bring very different strengths, personalities, and talents to the Arlo G. Lott Trucking family — Andy Lott and Michelle Miller!

ANDY LOTT — THE TRUCK GENIUS WITH A HEART OF GOLD!

Andy knows trucks inside and out! From the shop and the yard to the office and behind the wheel, he understands what it takes to keep our trucks running, our drivers successful, and our business moving forward.

But what really sets Andy apart is his heart. He leads with compassion, forgiveness, and grace — sometimes more grace than the rest of us think possible! He works tirelessly, never asks others to do something he wouldn't do himself, and truly leads by example.

MICHELLE MILLER — THE DISPATCH MASTER AND LIFE OF THE PARTY!

Whether she's keeping trucks moving, rocking the latest fashion trends, making everyone laugh, or planning a team party that nobody wants to miss, Michelle brings ENERGY to everything she does!

She's a master of dispatch, a champion of our people, and someone who knows that working hard and having fun should go hand in hand. Beyond our company, she's also been a strong voice for the trucking industry through her leadership with the Idaho Trucking Association.

TWO DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES. TWO INCREDIBLE LEADERS. ONE AMAZING TEAM!

Andy and Michelle have helped build more than a trucking company. They've built a family, created opportunities, supported people through challenges, and shown us that leadership isn't just about running a successful business — it's about caring for the people who make it successful.

Thank you both for the long hours, the laughter, the opportunities, the second chances, the unforgettable parties, and the heart you put into everything you do!

We are grateful to be part of the Arlo G. Lott Trucking family!

15 YEARS WITH AGL — CONGRATULATIONS, KEN HUST!

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone for someone who has been a true rock for Arlo G. Lott Trucking.

For the past 15 years, Ken Hust has been someone we can depend on — hardworking, professional, skilled, and always willing to do what needs to be done. Ken represents the kind of driver and teammate every company hopes to have.
His skill behind the wheel has also been recognized through the Idaho Trucking Association Truck Driving Championships, where Ken has competed in the Flatbed Division and earned 1st place.

We are proud of everything Ken has accomplished, but even more grateful for the consistency, loyalty, and dedication he brings to our team year after year.
Ken, thank you for being someone we can always count on and for 15 outstanding years with the Arlo G. Lott Trucking family.

Happy 15th Anniversary, Ken! Here’s to many more miles and memories ahead!

ONE MILLION SAFE MILES!

Today we are proud to celebrate Randy Patton for reaching an incredible milestone — 1,000,000 safe driving miles with Arlo G. Lott Trucking!

A million safe miles doesn’t happen by accident. It represents years of focus, good judgment, professionalism, patience, and making safety the priority every single time Randy gets behind the wheel.

Think about what goes into a million miles: changing road conditions, weather, traffic, construction, mountain passes, long days, early mornings, and countless decisions made every mile of the way. Reaching this milestone safely is an accomplishment worth celebrating.

Randy, thank you for the example you set and for the professionalism and commitment you bring to our team. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of the Arlo G. Lott Trucking family.

Congratulations on 1,000,000 SAFE MILES! Here’s to many more safe miles ahead!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

At Arlo G. Lott Trucking, we know that life takes each of us down different roads—but when it comes to supporting the people we care about, we are stronger together.

This month, we stand with the survivors, remember those we have lost, encourage those still fighting, and support the families, friends, coworkers, and caregivers walking beside them.

Most importantly, we encourage everyone to make their health a priority.
Know your risk.
Stay current on recommended screenings.
Schedule that appointment you’ve been putting off.
Remind the people you love to do the same.

A small step today could make a life-changing difference tomorrow.
Different Roads. Same Purpose. Together, we can make a difference.

When one of our own is hurting, the trucking family comes together.
Robert Flores and his family are mourning the loss of his father after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

The trucking community is about so much more than trucks, loads, highways, and miles. Our drivers spend countless days separated by hundreds—even thousands—of miles, but when life puts one of our own on an especially difficult road, we find a way to stand beside them.

Robert's family is facing the additional burden of burial expenses. In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to help may make a contribution directly to the family:

You can call the Wilks Cubbuck Funeral Home and donate to Albert Flores at (208)238-8000

Venmo: -flores-269

Mail:
Robert Flores
211 W. Chubbuck Rd.
Chubbuck, ID 83202

There is never an obligation to give. A prayer, a kind word, a message to Robert, or simply sharing this post can also mean more than you know.

Please join us in surrounding Robert and his family with love and support during the difficult days ahead.
Miles may separate us, but when one of our own needs support, we come together.
From the Arlo G Lott Trucking Family,
Our deepest condolences are with the entire Flores family.
