I've had several customers ask what is the weight limit on my boat boarding platforms. I reply 325 lbs, not because of the platform but because most docks won't take the cantilevered load . I made a mounting location strong enough to see what it takes to bend one.
905 lbs and it's still in good shape. I will keep added more weight and keep you posted on the "magic" number.

I wish I had come up with this years ago. Why store your crab traps on the limited space of your pierhead or walkway, store them off the side instead. It works great. These brackets are all aluminum, comes with mounting hardware for typical wooden docks and can hold up to two traps. I don't have them on my website yet but if you need one, contact me. I can ship this to you for 139.00, shipping and tax is include in the price or 110.00 for local pick up
