Smaller Fleet- Flexible with driver needs, customize runs, and get to develop relationships with our drivers!

Compensation- Drivers paid 25- 26.5% of truck revenue. Average $1000-1400/wk.

Percentage pay- Seek to maximize the truck revenue for our drivers. If you aren't hitting your revenue goals, neither are we!

Home Time- Monday through friday work. Home on weekends. Home time during the week varies with your location.

McQuaide Logistics is now hiring for Yard jockey drivers!

Yard jockey will be responsible for moving transportation equipment around the facility in accordance with the loading, and maintenance, schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate the Yard Truck in a safe manner following all rules.
Stage empty trailers in their assigned dock doors in accordance with the loading schedule.
Provide the garage with any equipment (trailer and/or tractor) requested for maintenance in a timely manner.
Assist with the inspection of all equipment, reporting any damage found.

Knowledge, Skills, and Education

Must have Class “A” CDL license
Must possess excellent communication skills
General maintenance knowledge is a plus
Attention to detail is a must
