25 HP Merc 2 Stroke

(Fell victim to the gray fuel line breaking down)

-Fuel system flush/clean
-New water pump kit
-New Plugs
-New fuel line assembly
-New gear oil
-Overall greased
-Transducer repair on a helix unit
-Fixed the seized seat posts
-Wiring fixed for the lights

Other odd and end small things.

Bayliner 3.0 Mercruiser w/ Alpha One G2

Boat wasn't running right, would consistently bog down and hard to start. Fuel system ended up being completely gunked up and anti syphon valve was stuck. Lots of new parts for this one and running great again.

-New Carb w/ Gasket
-New Fuel Pump w/ Gasket
-New main fuel line and clear overflow line
-New Drop down tube, anti syphon valve, b**g fitting
-New plugs, wires, dist. cap/rotor
-Fuel tank/system flushed and drained
-New fuel sending unit gaskets and screws
-New water pump and seals
-New prop w/ new hub kit
-Flame resistor cleaned / fixed w/ new seal
-Tuned / Adjusted
-Trailer bearings cleaned / repacked w/ new dust caps
-Trailer wiring redone and new tail lights installed

Definitely got a make over but overall a solid package now!

Yamaha 40/30 JET Outboard that ran rough under a load. Diagnosed and ended up having a VST Canister that was completely TRASHED inside and built up with fuel varnish. Cleaned up a bunch of internals with some new parts, freshly cleaned injectors and shes running great now!

- Complete fuel system flush
- VST Canister cleaned and rebuilt (New gasket, pump, regulator and filter)
- New fuel primer bulb assembly
- New spark plugs
- New inline and cup fuel filter
- New pulse fuel pump
- Injectors professional cleaned by Injector Masters, LLC

Super clean 02' Merc 15 HP 2 stroke. Had issues running under a load and consistent bogging. Ended up having a froze thermo and impeller was about shot. Motor was instantly overheating. Also needed a carb tune and plugs werent gapped to spec. Running and sounds great now.

- Cooling system flush
- New thermostat
- New water pump kit w/ seals
- Carb Tuned

08' Tahoe w/ a 4.3 Mercruiser Alpha G2. Had gear oil leaking in the Bilge area. Main issue ended up being a bad yoke seal but got lots of new parts installed as well....

- New Transom Kit (All bellows, gimbal bearing, etc.)
- New Shift Cable Kit
- New Transom Gear tube
- New Upper Seal Kit for outdrive
- New water pump kit
- New water hose and gear oil lines
(Few other odds/ends)

Was definitely a stubborn one to say the least but eventually she all came together.

An odd one for sure... was brought in for console graph not working anymore. Checked a few things and ended up having reverse polarity in the power run feeding the graph BUT was hooked up correctly at the battery. Checked the connection in the gunnel where the power cable was tied into the main run and was backwards. Customer bought a new battery and hooked it up correctly color coded but the shop who ran the run had it backwards and he didn't realize when swapping batteries out. Ended up running a whole new upgraded power line with a fuse link color coded correctly and good to go now.

Early 2000s 25 2 stroke Tohatsu with no water discharge and thermostat seized.

New water pump kit, cooling system flushed, new thermo kit, couple other odds and ends adjustments to it and back running like a top!
