This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Sara Bladdick, our Hiring Coordinator, who has been part of the RMG team for 5 years!
When asked what she does here at Tri-State, Sara says another title for Hiring Coordinator might just be “Chaos Coordinator.” 😂 No two days look the same, and most days definitely keep her on her toes!
But beyond keeping things moving, Sara has a goal that goes beyond the recruiting process: making sure our Drivers feel valued and not just when they’re joining the team, but throughout their time with us.
When Sara isn't keeping things organized at work, you can find her spending time with friends and family, reading, exercising, traveling, or watching Hallmark movies especially around Christmas! She also enjoys trying different exercise classes and has gotten into hot yoga since moving to Kansas.
A few more things you should know about Sara:
Her favorite drink? Any kind of iced coffee!
Favorite artist? Morgan Wallen
Her four-legged family includes Minnie, a toy poodle, and Harley, a border collie.
Her ideal vacation? Relaxing on the beach!
Join us in giving Sara a big Tri-State thank you for 5 years of hard work and for helping make sure our Drivers feel valued from day one! 🙌
