🚛 NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED SWINE RELOCATION EXPERT @
Holmes Livestock Logistics
We’re looking for an ELITE DRIVER or OWNER OPERATOR (your dot, your insurance to our requirements, your fuel) who shows the f**k up, takes care of and has pride in their ride, knows how to handle hogs, plant employees, and customers without babysitting.
💰 PAY: Whatever it is it is a year
GROSS- $3,500-$14000+ WEEKLY GROSS TO THE TRUCK (had a few in the comments department that didnt follow the first paragraph instructions particularly about the elevator not going to the top floor part🤣🤣🤣).....varies on what you WANT vs. what you are CAPABLE of vs. REALITY. (Life Hack - there are 2 numbers and only one of them matters)
There are 3 levels in my experience:
1- Fast Horses- They run the Kentucky Derby 52 weeks a year. The guy that walks the dog, keeps to himself and puts that thing down the road Night/Day/Sun/Snow dont matter. Always volunteering for another one They fall in the $6500-$12k range. It fluctuates bc if its their weekend to work they could have $2200+ on the sheet by Monday when the guys off start. They still get home here and there throughout the week but primarily stay out to maximize sleep patterns to stay fresh for 4-5 days.
2. Mid Range - Guys that will still walk the dog if they need to/work load requires it but value/require a little home time when possible/kids events/family whatever. Stay out a couple days need a night here or there of activities.
3. Home Time Priority/Senior Citizen Club- These guys still hold the standard to highest of levels they just dont need to make all the money and dont want to run like savage Indians. They dont get pissy when we get short on loads and load Range 1 or 2 above them then cry when their check sucks.
Work a full week, turn your paperwork in on that last load of the week, we bill out following Monday, get 7 days to receive the currency, then compensate you for your time to do a job for us the way we want it done that following Tuesday. And the cycle continues like clockwork for 20 years or until one of us wins the lottery. We will share and you are expected to return the favor.
% PAY OF THE FULL RATE W-2, 80% HEALTH X after 90, 401K 3%match after 365, PERFORMANCE BONUSES when earned, VACATION after 364.
23% for 90 days probationary period then up. Everybody starts at the bottom. (Bet it still blows where you are away)

⚠️ REAL TALK:
This isn’t a steering-wheel-holder be here to take pictures, make tic-toks, f**k up my s**t, tarnish our reputation with our long term customers, and quit in 2 months. It’s early mornings, late nights, and hogs/plants that don’t care about your schedule. We provide a service to our valued customers in exchange for their hard earned, hard to come by MONEY. With that money we pay our cost of operation, you, and cross our fingers there is enough left over for an Ultra and a Steak on Saturday night. Simply put the math has to math and life is to short to deal with morons. If that concept is easy to grasp and you dont like getting screwed around, and can handle direct and blunt winning-you’ll fit right in—and get paid well to do it.
