We’re excited to share that Pau’sha Clark has been promoted to Routing Performance & Optimization Manager. Since joining Assisted in 2016, Pau’sha has been a driving force behind our routing success—training team members, building dispatch and routing handbooks, and becoming one of our go-to experts on RMS. She has also played a key role in improving how we use our systems by working closely with routing, customer service, and development teams. In her new role, Pau’sha will help strengthen efficiency and ensure we continue being strong stewards of our district partners’ resources—please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved promotion.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Keith Venuto to STOM – Lee’s Summit, transitioning from his ASTOM role in the St. Louis office.
During his time in St. Louis, Keith has taken on additional responsibilities and contributed to improvements in areas such as fleet coordination, training, and overall operations. His experience with routing, dispatching, and day-to-day operations will serve him well in his new role.

We are pleased to share that Marloes Kelling has been promoted to Student Transportation Operations Manager (STOM) at Olathe.
Marloes has been a valuable part of the team, most recently serving as the ASTOM at All Point. Over the past year, she has taken on increasing responsibility and has been instrumental in supporting day-to-day operations, staff, and training efforts. Throughout this time, Marloes has demonstrated steady growth in leadership, decision-making, and team support.
