TEAM Industries, Inc. in Kaukauna, WI is looking for QC Inspectors to join our 2nd shift team!

🕔 Schedule: 4–10’s | 5:00 PM – 3:05 AM
💰 7% Night Shift Pay Differential
⏱️ Overtime Available
🎓 On-the-Job Training Available

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn. Previous quality control or fabrication experience is a plus, but QC experience is not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

What you’ll do:
• Read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Conduct visual inspections
• Monitor operations for compliance with production and customer specifications
• Perform and record testing
• Identify and document quality concerns
• Prepare test reports and report inspection results

Last week, Team Industries was proud to host our Team Corporate Connect event, bringing together customers, partners, suppliers, and industry leaders for an incredible few days of learning, networking, and collaboration.

We were honored to welcome Bill Kleyman as our keynote speaker, where he shared valuable insights on the future of AI infrastructure and the critical role manufacturing, fabrication, and skilled trades play in building tomorrow's data centers.

Attendees also had the opportunity to tour both the Team Industries fabrication facility and the UA Local 400 Pipe Trades Training Center, providing a firsthand look at the skilled workforce, innovative technologies, and advanced manufacturing processes that are shaping the future of our industry.

The event continued with a memorable dinner reception at the iconic Lambeau Field, followed by a fun and relaxing golf outing that provided even more opportunities to connect and strengthen relationships.

Today, we celebrated Team Industries' 39th anniversary with a company-wide cookout, bringing together the incredible people who make our success possible every day.

Over the past 39 years, Team has grown through the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the support of our partners. While we've accomplished a lot since 1987, we know our greatest achievements are made possible by the team behind them.

June is National Safety Month, and as we close out the month, we want to recognize an accomplishment that reflects the dedication and commitment of our employees every day.

We are proud to announce that both our Wisconsin and Port Arthur facilities have surpassed 1 million man-hours worked without a lost-time incident.

This milestone is more than a number—it represents a culture where safety comes first, employees look out for one another, and everyone is committed to doing the job the right way.

After nearly 33 years of dedication, hard work, and leadership, we are proud to celebrate the retirement of Team's Piping Superintendent, Jim Van Zeeland!

Jim's journey at Team Industries is a true example of what commitment and perseverance can achieve. Starting on the shop floor and advancing through the organization over the years, he has served as a role model to countless employees while helping shape the culture and success of our company.

Known for his willingness to help wherever needed and his consistently positive attitude, Jim has left a lasting impact at Team. His ability to find opportunity in every challenge and encourage those around him will be remembered for years to come.

While we will certainly miss seeing Jim around the office and shop, we are excited for him as he begins this well earned next chapter. Please join us in congratulating Jim on his retirement and wishing him many happy years filled with family, friends, and plenty of time fishing and traveling!
