🐾☀️WOW! What an Incredible Dog Days of Summer 2026! ☀🐾

We're still smiling as we look back on an amazing month of fun, teamwork, generosity, and giving back to our community.

Throughout August, our employees at Hendrickson Kendallville came together for four weeks of friendly competition and fundraising through activities like the Rubber Chicken Toss, 5S Challenge, Co****le Tournament, Forklift Rodeo, Big Wheel Races, Dunk Tank Fundraiser, bake sales, and much more.

But the biggest win wasn't on a leaderboard. It was the impact we made together for the Noble County Humane Shelter. ❤️🐾

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees, we proudly donated:

💰 $610 in cash donations

PLUS:

🐱 642 cans of cat food
🐱 148 pounds of cat food
🐶 266 pounds of dog food
🐶 38 cans of dog food
🦴 9 bags of dog treats
🎾 87 dog and cat toys
🧻 60 packages of paper towels
🗑️ 9 boxes of trash bags
🧼 20 containers of wipes
🧴 27 bottles of dish soap
✨ 10 bottles of Pine-Sol
🧺 4 bottles of laundry detergent
🫧 2 bottles of bleach
🛏️ 30 blankets and towels
🐾 2 packages of p*e pads

The donations were so overwhelming that they filled an entire Hendrickson truck for delivery to the shelter!

This accomplishment would not have been possible without our amazing employees. Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, participated in activities, purchased baked goods, supported fundraisers, helped organize events, and cheered on their coworkers.

The true success of Dog Days of Summer isn't measured only by the donations collected, but by the generosity, teamwork, compassion, and community spirit displayed throughout the month. Watching our employees come together to support one another and give back to local animals in need is something we're incredibly proud of.

A special thank you to the Noble County Humane Shelter for everything they do to care for animals in our community. We are honored to support your mission and help make a difference.

Together, we had fun, made memories, strengthened our team, and helped animals in need. That's something worth celebrating. 🎉🐾❤️

Our openings include machine operators, packers, and forklift drivers. While our training takes place on 1st shift (7 am to 3 pm), our available positions are on either 2nd shift (3 pm to 11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm to 7 am).
