We love our drivers and our customers like them too. Had to share the latest feedback we got from a customer. Letters like this gets the driver a lunch on the company.

Good Morning Brian,

I wanted to reach out to you and let you know what great service I received yesterday in the delivery of my Treadmill. From start to finish!

Your driver called, as I had requested, an hour prior to delivery and was very professional and polite and accommodating with the phone call.

He arrived promptly at the time frame we spoke of, introduced himself and was very personable and professional.
Handled my package properly and respectfully. I often do not take the time to write these type of emails, but felt, I had
to let someone know what an committed and diligent employee you have, please forward this email to whoever, as I would like the driver to get some recognition for the awesome job!
