The admin for OBX Traffic Alerts For Drivers By Drivers, particularly Steven W. Jones is a Co**ie:

In no way does any form of commenting keep information from being seen. The post is at the top for anyone to read. The comments are just extra. You can see what's in the informative post without even looking at the comments.

From the same numbskulls who brought you the 45 mph speed limit in Lower Currituck. Have a look at this jewel of engineering garbage. Can you imagine doing surgery on an animal, and in the middle of it have a truck come rumbling by on this thing? Put up a stoplight. That will cost 10% of what this trash will cost. Way to go, NC State. You crank out some real bright ones.

Just to clarify: First Flight Land company is First Flight Veterinarian Clinic is. We take our animals there, and this is absolute garbage.

Rural Carolina Ambulance Service. Total left lane camper. All the way through the beach, and Currituck this one would not budge. And how are they getting away with not having “For Hire” plates? (Yes, that’s a thing) This is a private ambulance service, not a county/city entity.

I think we have found the problem:

NC § 20-9. What persons shall not be licensed.

(d) No driver's license shall be issued to any applicant who has been previously adjudged insane or an idiot, imbecile, or feebleminded, and who has not at the time of such application been restored to competency by judicial decree or released from a hospital for the insane or feebleminded upon a certificate of the superintendent that such person is competent, nor then unless the Division is satisfied that such person is competent to operate a motor vehicle with safety to persons and property.

And here it is:

(d) Repealed by Session Laws 2012-194, s. 8, effective July 17, 2012.
