TriAmden Transportation LLC Founded in November 2018, TriAmden Transportation LLC is a highly motivated and competitive transportation company. on January 16th, 2019.

Safety and customer service are our top priorities. TriAmden Transportation LLC was formed on November 20th, 2018 in Hernando Florida. It began it's operations by leasing a 2018 Freightliner P4 EVO Semi Truck from Success Leasing. Utilizing this Semi, we began hauling freight for New Prime Inc. On March 23rd 2021, we acquired our Operating Authority...though to date it remains inactive. We ceased

operations with New Prime Inc and entered into a Lease Agreement with RD Expedited on May 13th 2021. We leased a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia and began hauling freight for MGR Freight Inc. On July 14th 2021, we purchased our 1st Semi Truck...a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia from Western Truck Center in West Sacramento, California. It had a mileage of 580,051. On August 10th 2021, we traded in the leased truck for our own semi-truck. We continued to haul freight for MGR Freight Inc.

Every truck driver knows the feeling: you’ve already checked it, adjusted it, rechecked it—and somehow the follow-up question still finds a way to test your professionalism. 😂

Some problems require experience. Others require patience, sarcasm and a dispatcher willing to pass along the nonsense.

Moving down the line. 🚛💨

Another load. Another destination. Another mile behind us.

Recruiting drivers might be easier if companies remembered one thing: truckers know exactly what matters to truckers. 😂

Skip the polished sales pitch. Give drivers useful information, be upfront about the equipment and working conditions, and let them decide whether the opportunity fits.

Sometimes the smallest detail is the one that gets somebody's attention. 👀🚛

**Good Morning… or Whatever Time It Is. 😂🚛**

There’s an old saying:

**“Man plans, and God laughs.”**

Pretty sure they had truck drivers in mind.

Because in trucking, you can have the whole day mapped out—pickup time, delivery time, fuel stop, where you’re eating, and what time you’re getting home.

Then trucking gets involved. 😂

A shipper gets behind.
Traffic backs up.
Weather changes.
Dispatch calls.
Or the truck decides it has plans of its own.

That’s why I’ve learned to make the plan, do my part, and stay ready to adjust.

You can’t control everything that happens out here.

Sometimes the plan changes. The mission doesn’t.

Keep your PMA. Stay professional. Stay safe. Keep moving.

What’s the quickest trucking has ever destroyed YOUR perfectly good plan? 😂

There’s a lot more to trucking than holding a steering wheel. Every load requires planning, preparation, communication and attention to detail before the trip even begins.

Driving is only the part everyone sees.

The eternal trucking question: Do you make more money running recap, or taking the 34?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Running recap can keep you productive, especially when you plan for it. If you know recap is coming, how you manage your hours beforehand can make a big difference in what you have available when those hours start rolling back.

But sometimes taking the 34 is the better business decision. A fresh clock can give you more flexibility for longer runs, better freight, and the week ahead.

The key is looking beyond today.

What hours are coming back? What freight is available? What can you realistically accomplish with those hours?

Being able to move doesn’t always mean you’re maximizing revenue.

Good drivers manage the road.
Good business operators manage the clock, too.

Drivers and owner-operators: What has made you more money over time — running recap or taking the 34?

One of the ongoing debates in trucking is whether you can make more money running recap hours or shutting down for a 34-hour restart.

There isn't one answer that fits every operation.

If you know you're going to run recap, planning ahead matters. How you use your hours this week determines what you'll have available when those hours start coming back around. If your operation allows you to consistently use around 8 hours a day, for example, you can create a much more predictable recap instead of scrambling for a few hours at a time.

But sometimes a 34 makes more sense. Freight may be slow, your upcoming recap hours may not be useful, or resetting your 70 may put you in a better position for the next stretch of work.

The real question isn't just “How do I keep moving?”

It's “Which strategy helps me make the best use of my available hours and the freight in front of me?”

Good clock management is part of running a good business.

What has worked better for you over the long run — running recap or taking the 34?

A lot of drivers know how to shut the truck down. The harder part is shutting **yourself** down.

When you’ve been running hard all week, there’s always something else you could be doing. Cleaning. Planning. Checking loads. Handling paperwork. Thinking about what comes next.

But sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest.

Eat a decent meal. Get some real sleep. Take a walk. Call your people. Give your mind a chance to get away from the road for a minute.

Recovery isn’t wasted time. It’s part of staying sharp enough to do this job safely and consistently.

The truck gets downtime for maintenance.

**So should the driver.**

What does a good reset look like for you?

You don’t have to solve everything today.

Sometimes progress is simply taking care of what’s in front of you and doing it well.

Make the appointment. Get the workout in. Return the call. Finish the task. Take care of your people. Get some rest.

Tomorrow will bring its own responsibilities.

Today, focus on today.

That’s how consistency is built—and consistency creates momentum.

**Stay consistent. Keep going.**

A few seconds of awareness can make a big difference on the highway.

Move Over laws aren’t something professional drivers should think about only when they see a police vehicle. Depending on the state, protections can extend to tow operators, road crews, utility workers, emergency responders, disabled motorists, and others along the roadside.

For truck drivers especially, our size and speed make giving that extra space even more important.

Know the rules in every state you operate in, watch the shoulder ahead, and make your move early when traffic conditions allow.

Everybody working or waiting alongside the highway deserves the chance to make it home safely.

**Stay alert. Drive professional. Look out for the people around you.**
