The last day of our trip…

As our Charleston adventure comes to an end, I am reminded that what makes a trip truly special is not only the destination, but the people we share it with.
Together we explored the beauty, history, and charm of Charleston, created wonderful memories, shared many laughs, and enjoyed unforgettable experiences along the way.
Every time I return home from a trip, I come back a little richer—not in money, but in memories, friendships, and the joy of meeting amazing people.

Today our group visited the historic McLeod Plantation Historic Site.
This was more than just a beautiful Southern plantation—it was an opportunity to learn about the lives, struggles, and resilience of the people who lived and worked here. Walking through the grounds and hearing the stories behind this place was both educational and deeply moving.
Travel is not only about seeing new places; it’s also about understanding history and gaining a deeper appreciation for the people and events that shaped our world.
