"Analytics report also found that 26% of carriers have increased driver pay in 2026."

But here’s the question we really want to know:
Are you actually seeing that increase in your paycheck?
Drivers, what are you seeing out there? More pay, better bonuses, higher rates… or pretty much the same old story?

🚨 FMCSA Revokes 10 Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) 🚨

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has removed 10 Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) from its list of Registered ELDs after determining the providers no longer meet the minimum requirements under 49 CFR Part 395, Appendix A.

⚠️ If your fleet is using one of these revoked ELDs, you have until September 8, 2026, to replace it with a compliant device.

Motor carriers and drivers using these ELDs should:
âś… Stop using the revoked device.
âś… Use paper logs or compliant logging software to record Hours of Service (HOS) until a replacement is installed.
âś… Replace the revoked ELD with an FMCSA-registered device within the 60-day compliance period.

Affected ELDs include:
• Ontime Logs iosix
• LAST MINUTE ELD
• Porter ELD
• Zee HOS Compliance
• EV ELD IOSIX
• Light and Travel ELD
• PREMIERRIDE LOGS
• 2BRO ELD
• 305 ELD
• TT ELD 40

đźš› Why this matters: Operating with a revoked ELD after the compliance deadline could result in compliance violations, enforcement actions, and unnecessary disruptions to your operation. Now is the time to verify your ELD status and plan your transition if your provider is affected.

🚨 Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Is Increasing Across Multiple States

Law enforcement agencies in Texas, Arizona, and California are expanding commercial vehicle enforcement efforts, with inspections targeting vehicle safety, driver qualifications, Hours of Service compliance, licensing, and other regulatory violations. The goal is to identify unsafe equipment and unqualified drivers while improving highway safety.

Why this matters to motor carriers and professional drivers:

âś… Ensure driver qualification files are current and complete.
âś… Verify vehicles are inspection-ready and properly maintained.
âś… Review Hours of Service records and ELD compliance.
âś… Confirm all licensing, registrations, and permits are up to date.
âś… Reinforce your company's commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Enforcement initiatives like these serve as an important reminder that compliance isn't just about avoiding violations—it's about protecting your drivers, your business, and everyone sharing the road.
