Congratulations to Paul Noe on two decades with Highway Transport!

From technology projects to process improvements, Paul has spent his career looking for ways to make things better and keep Highway moving forward. He jokes that he never expected to stay anywhere for 20 years, but says showing up, making progress, and tackling the next challenge made the time fly.

Paul, thank you for your dedication, innovation, and helping make Highway stronger every step of the way. We’re lucky to have you on the team!

Service means a lot at Highway Transport — on the road and in the communities we call home.

Through Highway Helping Hands, our team recently spent their Saturday volunteering alongside the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in Knoxville. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to create a more functional storage space and garage for our local heroes.

In our trucking community, service, sacrifice, and looking out for one another are values that hit close to home. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support an organization dedicated to the men and women who served our country.

Thank you to the DAV for welcoming the Highway team and for everything you do for our nation’s veterans.

Congratulations to Darrell Underwood on earning his place in Highway Transport's Million Mile Driver program! Reaching one million safe miles takes years of dedication, but it also takes a strong support system, including the Highway Transport family.

Who doesn’t love a good grill-out? We sure do.

Across Highway Transport, you'll find more than trucks rolling—you'll find grills fired up, burgers sizzling, and teammates taking a well-earned break together.

From burgers in Baton Rouge and hot dogs in Philadelphia to lunch with the crew in Chattanooga, these moments are a great reminder that the best part of Highway isn’t just what we haul. It’s the people who make it happen every day.

Barbara Turner-Moye says it best. Drivers want miles, good pay, and time with their families. But more than anything, they want to know they are respected.

As Highway Transport's Pittsburgh Service Center Manager, Barbara was a Highway driver herself, so she speaks from experience.

She knows that when drivers feel valued and appreciated, they’re not always looking for the next opportunity. They’ve already found a place where they belong.

Clean tanks. Safe loads. No shortcuts.

With over 20 years of experience, JT and Brian know a thing or two about tank washing, including making sure our tank cleaning operations and safety protocols are second to none.

Their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right help set the standard for our entire network of Highway Transport Service Centers. Tank washing is tough work, and it takes tough, dedicated people to do it well.
