EAA 235 Poker Run/BBQ Bash Fly-In!

Reminder--the Poker Run/BBQ Bash is this weekend, Saturday, May 16th! The Poker Run is evolving this year! Fly in, or drive in, and come on out for lunch between 12:00-2:00pm for pulled chicken, pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw and maybe mac & cheese. Bring a dessert if you like, but more importantly, plan to make a donation to The Flying Squirrel youth program. Come out, hang out, eat, and have something fun to do on a Spring Saturday!

Congratulations to Pete Bauer, the newest official Texan Pilot, on completing the 10 hour insurance course in Checkertail T-6 May 3rd, on some cold, gusty, but great flying days. Nice job, Pete!

BowmanFest 2025 in Louisville, KY had beautiful weather for a fun, successful, event, sharing BOB with young and old (er, young at heart), alike!

BOB on the last tour stop of the Air Power History Tour, 2025! Pilot Morgan Mallow completed 13 rides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, before bringing the Beech back home to Indiana today.

Saturday was a beautiful weather day to enjoy doing some rides at Marion's Fly-in/Cruise-in 2025! Many thanks to all the volunteers and workers who came out to make this a smooth, safe and fun day! Hope to see you all next year!
