We are looking for dedicated CDL Class A driver - NOT for another "number" in our fleet.
We call our divers by name, NOT by number! You will be a part of our family if you join us.
The family who takes care about every single one - no exceptions!
WE CAN NOT OFFER YOU A JOB IF:
- Your MVR looks bad.
- You don't have at least two (2) years of experience.
- You don't know how to handle a stick-shift (10 spd.).
- You don't like Freightliner Columbia & 2016 Trailers.
- You don't pass pre-employment drug test.
- You ever had a DUI.
- You are not willing to stay on road for two consecutive weeks.
- You don't like to get a weekend off after two weeks on road.
- You don't like to get a whole week off if you stay on road for three (3) consecutive weeks.
- You don't like to get a weekly payment.
- You want more than $0.45/mile as a starter payment.
- You can't wait 10 weeks to get $0.50+/mile.
- You don't like to get paid for every mile driven.
- You can't drive 2.500-3000 miles per week.
- You don't like to get your statement every Friday.
- You don't like Google Maps to calculate your driven miles.
- You don't like to be paid for every extra stop.
- You don't like to get your money direct deposited to your account every week.
- You don't take care about our equipment as it is your own.
- You don't know when the time for oil-change is.
- You don't know how to use tire pressure checking tool.
- You don't like to be reimbursed for truck wash.
- You don't like your truck, trailer, cab and sleeper looking clean.
- You don't know what pre- and post-trip inspection is.
- You don't know how to change head-, marker- or tail- light bulb if necessary.
- You don't want to be paid for broke-down time.
- You don't report every (if any) technical issues to get fixed right away in our own shop.
- You can't understand that live load-unload sometimes can take a time.
- You don't like paper logs.
- You like to be late at pick-up or delivery.
- You don't know how to manage your daily working time.
- You push yourself over the limits.
- You don't know when the time to take a break is.
- You like to keep you awake using energy drinks.
- You don't respond on dispatch phone calls.
- You like to ignore broker, shipper, and, or, receiver phone calls.
- You can't use txt messaging.
- You don't know how to send your paperwork using TripPak.
- You don't like to give daily updates.
- You don't like to be supported by our crew 24/7.
