✨ NEXT UP ON OUR SCOTLAND GROUP TOUR…
After Gairloch, it’s time for the Isle of Skye! 😍
We’ll travel onto one of Scotland’s most famous islands before taking the ferry across the Sound of Sleat to Mallaig.
Then it’s on to Fort William, sitting beneath Ben Nevis—the highest mountain in the UK—before continuing to Glencoe.
📍 Gairloch → Isle of Skye → Mallaig → Fort William → Glencoe
This may be one of those days when nobody wants to put their camera away. 📸

✨ NEXT UP ON OUR SCOTLAND GROUP TOUR…
After Orkney, we turn west and travel across Scotland’s beautiful northern coast.
We’ll make our way through Durness and Scourie before stopping in the fishing village of Ullapool for traditional Scottish fish & chips. 🐟
Then we continue to Gairloch in the North-West Highlands.
📍 Durness → Scourie → Ullapool → Gairloch
Beaches, mountains, lochs and little coastal villages—this is going to be one seriously scenic drive.

After reaching Thurso, we’re taking to the water!
We’ll ferry to the Orkney Islands for one of the most unique days of our trip—Skara Brae, Skaill House, the Ring of Brodgar, Kirkwall and even a guided tour and lunch at Orkney Brewery. 🍺
And keep your eyes open on the ferry - we’ll see the famous Old Man of Hoy along the way!
📍 The Orkney Islands
Ancient Scotland + island scenery + a brewery = a pretty great day.

After Inverness, we head farther north!
We’ll step onto Culloden Battlefield, then visit beautiful Dunrobin Castle, dramatically perched above the coast. 🏰
From there, we follow the coastal road to Thurso, the most northerly town on mainland Britain.
History, castles and Highland scenery - all in one day.

Now that we’ve established reservations are open for our 2028 Scotland trip, let’s get back to the fun part: what we’ll actually see in Scotland! ✨

After Edinburgh, we’re heading to St. Andrews, the home of golf, and stopping for a stroll through Pitlochry. Then we’ll travel through the mountain scenery of Cairngorms National Park to Inverness.

We’ll have some free time that evening to explore the Highland capital: wander along the River Ness, find a cozy pub, or see where the night takes us! 🍻

What would you choose for your evening in Inverness: a riverside walk, historic sightseeing, or a cozy pub visit?
