Fixed some drainage issues around this house and added some pop up gutter drains, it is now ready for flower beds and grass! We also brought in some crusher run to extend the parking area. Major transformation on this new home site. We took the side of a hill with rolling terraces and carved out a 40’x90’ pad, added a swale to catch the water coming towards the home and also used the excess dirt to backfill around the pad for a nice gently sloped yard. The owner saved a ton of money from not having to bring dirt in for a pad and also got a list of other things knocked out while we were there!
