It’s Tree Time Services is looking for a skilled and reliable tree climber to join our team in the Lake Arrowhead and surrounding mountain communities.

🔧 Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years climbing experience
• Strong background in rigging and removals
• Solid understanding of SRT (Single Rope Technique)
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Must pass an extensive background check
• Must complete a performance evaluation / skills test

💼 Preferred:
• Own climbing and rigging gear
• Experience with hazard tree removals
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133 safety standards
• Strong communication and job site awareness

His background spans active wildfire operations, large-scale vegetation management, residential tree care, and high-risk removals in steep mountain terrain.
Brian holds an LTO (Licensed Timber Operator) certification with CAL FIRE and has worked with the USDA, U.S. Forest Service, and multiple utility contractors throughout the state. His career includes everything from wildfire response and hazard assessments to long-term forest health projects and utility line safety work.
This wide range of experience has made Brian an expert in:

Vegetation management
Hazardous tree removals
Forest health & tree preservation
Mountain terrain safety & rigging
Residential and commercial tree care
