💥I think we started off this years extra special 30th anniversary festival with a bang! I would absolutely get everything we had today again, with the exception of the filet. And I’m pretty sure that cake might be the best of the fest dessert-wise, especially for chocolate lovers!

If you’re coming to Disney for the EPCOT International Food & W**e Festival this year, you’re in for a treat from what I’ve seen and had so far. This festival will be going on until November 21, 2026, so it’s not too late to get in on the action!

My husband and I recently visited Coronado Springs to eat at Toledo Tapas, Steak & Seafood at the top of The Tower. Fun fact- This is a Michelin recommended restaurant!

First of all, this place is beautiful. The color changing tiles on the ceiling, and the nods to Spanish design throughout create a beautiful setting for dinner, especially at sunset!

We opted to try the Ribeye for 2 for the first time. The steak was cooked perfectly, and had SO much flavor. My only complaint is that the cut we received was a little fibrous. We obviously still loved it though!

This came with two sides, so we opted for Brussels sprouts (much to my husband’s dismay 🙃) and Patatas Bravas. The Brussels sprouts were probably my favorite thing that I’ve eaten recently. They were super crispy, and had a delicious balsamic glaze. Even my husband loved them! The potatoes were good, but could have been a tad crispier. They weren’t extremely standout to me.

For dessert, I got the citrus olive oil cake, while my husband got The Toledo Tapas Bar Dessert. My cake was SO good. It was light and paired perfectly with the curd and raspberry sorbet. This is a plant based and gluten free dessert. The dessert bar is meant to be a progressive experience with different flavors on top. My husband was hoping this was going to be super chocolatey with the bar on bottom, but it didn’t quite meet his expectations for richness. Still a great dessert!

This is a great restaurant to add to your dining list for your next Disney trip, especially if you are celebrating something special!

What’s your favorite menu item at Toledo?

If you love music, you will love this perk of being in a Rockstar Cabin on a Virgin Voyages cruise!

Dockside Diner next to Echo Lake in Hollywood Studios was a sleeper hit for my husband and I! If you are gluten free, they do offer gluten free buns here. Technically, the toppings are not safe because of cross contamination, but if you are ok with that, they will give you toppings on the side as you see pictured here.

My husband got the Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Hotdog. He really wanted a pretzel bun and they had no problem making that substitution, so be aware that you can do that for the other dogs on the menu! He absolutely loved this. It was super messy to eat, so good idea to grab a fork, but delicious!

I got the California BLTA Dog on a GF free bun with the toppings on the side. Everything came together really well. Again, super messy, so definitely grab a fork and napkins. My only complaint would be that between the dog and the bacon and aiolis, it was a bit salty. And that’s coming from a gal who loves salt!

This would be a really excellent option on a chilly day in my opinion. It was a bit heavy and hot for a hot day, but overall a wonderful quick and low cost option.

Have you tried this spot yet? What did you think?

Ronto Roasters is one of my favorite places in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to grab a hearty gluten free breakfast!

The Ronto Morning Wrap is my personal favorite. It has sausage, egg, cheese, and a delicious aioli on gluten free pita. It’s huge, so my husband and I often split this, and it’s the perfect amount to feel satisfied, but not too weighed down to continue enjoying the day.

Pro tip: If you have a morning Oga’s Cantina reservation, stop in here first. It’s right around the corner, usually pretty quick, and you’ll get something on your stomach before going to try the delicious concoctions at Oga’s!

What’s your favorite Hollywood Studios breakfast?? So many great choices!

Next time the line is too long at La Cava, head on over to Tutto Gusto W**e Cellar in the Italy Pavilion for the Italian Margarita!

This drink combines tequila and limoncello for a light, citrus-forward, and refreshing beverage. This ranks in my top 5 favorite drinks in EPCOT! Have you tried it yet?

I finally made it back to Flower & Garden to try some more of the gluten free food! Keep in mind that I do not have celiac, so I sometimes order the food as it comes and give the bread or crackers to my husband.

The poke bowl was excellent. The flavors and combination of pickled vegetables, avocado, mango and sticky rice were perfect, and everything tasted fresh.

They c***r and board were the most disappointing items of the day. The c***r didn’t taste like lime at all. The cheeses on the board were good, but the meat was mostly fat which is hard for me to chew and digest, so I had to let my husband eat that (along with the crackers of course).

The chips and dip were pretty good. The chips could have been a little crunchier, but overall not bad. It was just very hot and this didn’t really hit right with the weather for me.

Finally, the cheesecake. Oh my goodness. This was my first time being able to eat it, and I absolutely loved it. It was super creamy and beautifully presented. The berry compote gave it a pop of tang and I want 10 of them!

This is really one of the most beautiful festivals at EPCOT, so if you haven’t been yet, put it on your list for future times to travel to Disney, and send me a DM to get started planning your trip!

Be aware of these things when booking a Seriously Suite on a Virgin Voyages cruise! (But it’s still a great room 🤪)
