Travel Tip Tuesday:
Summer theme parks are so fun but can quickly go sideways in the heat. One of the smartest things you can do is build intentional breaks into your day!

A few practical ways to do this:
☀️Start early if you can- temps are lower in the mornings
☀️Plan a midday reset- head back to the resort or plan a long indoor meal
☀️Pick one slow moment each day- indoor show or my personal favorite is people watching!
☀️Pack for recovery- think cooling towels, portable fans, sunscreen, refillable water bottles, etc.
☀️Don’t wait until everyone is miserable!
