You never take the same kid to Disney twice. I heard that recently and it’s stuck with me, because it’s true of all travel, not just theme parks. Cruises, all-inclusives, trips abroad… your kids are growing fast, and every trip is a different version of them.

I still remember our first big trip with my daughter at 19 months, a week in Costa Rica. A few months later, we took her to Disney for the first time and she was wide eyed at all of it. Now she’s 5, with an almost 3 year old brother in tow. She’s obsessed with princesses and Minnie Mouse and counting down to our cruise in February. He’s just happy to be wherever his big sister is.

Watching them grow reminds me why I love this job. Every trip, we get to see the magic through their eyes again, brand new.

That’s what I want for every family I work with. Whatever vacation you’re dreaming of, let’s make it happen. There’s no day but today.

Comment below and tell me where you want to travel next! 🛳✈️🏰

I often have people ask me which cruise line is "best" for families. My top three are Disney, Royal, and Norwegian; however, more and more I have been leaning towards NCL for those families who want something other than Disney.

Fifteen years ago, I would not have recommended NCL to anyone, but the changes they have made and continue to make have truly blown me away. From their new ships/ refurb of older ships, to their private island and price inclusive fare with Free at Sea Plus, NCL surely needs to be on everyone's list for consideration.

Disney will always have my heart, and I am still a Royal fan, but NCL is for sure up there with both.

If you are thinking about a cruise for your family, let's chat about which option makes the most sense!

When I came across this article from the WSJ, my immediate thought was, “what the heck are they talking about?”

After reading it though, one thing became clear: the people who have this experience are not well prepared for their trip. Either because they don’t know they need to be, or because they just didn’t take the time to learn the system beforehand.

You can either gain that experience by going to the parks all the time, or you can hire a travel agent who specializes in Disney (like me 🙋🏽‍♀️) and we will train you to be an expert so you don’t spend all day on your phone.

The best news is that in many cases, my services are included in the price of your Disney vacation, so you’re not paying anything extra to book with me. So why not get that extra expertise and help from a FL local who has been going to the parks for over 35 years?

If Lightning Lane, or anything else about planning a Disney trip, overwhelms you, comment below or send me a message and I’ll make it easy and magical.

The moment you step onto a Disney Cruise Line ship, they call your family by name. Not your room number. Not “guest.” Your actual name, announced like you’re the guests of honor (because for the week, you are). 🎶

It’s one of those tiny details that tells you everything about how Disney does family vacations. And it’s just the beginning of what’s waiting for you on board.

I’m a South Florida mom and Disney cruise specialist, and I help families find the right sailing and stateroom so all you have to do is show up and enjoy moments like this one.

July was a good month (with a curveball at the end, but that’s life)! We spent time in Orlando and visited Sea World, the Crayola Experience, the Orlando Science Museum, and Kennedy Space Center. We got to see family and dear friends. Dane and I took a little staycation to Miami for some time away, and got to see a good friend marry his love. 🤎

On the business side, I feel grateful to have been able to help so many families plan their vacations this month!

Think you can’t afford a Disney cruise? Think again. This inside stateroom on the Disney Treasure is proof that budget friendly doesn’t mean boring. Smart storage, a full bathroom with a tub, and the exact same access to pools, shows, and character meet and greets as every other room on the ship.

Disney cruises are more attainable than most families realize, you just have to know where to look. If you’ve been holding off because of price, let’s chat about what a trip like this could look like for your family. Send me a message or drop a comment below and I’ll walk you through it.

Many people think being a travel agent just means booking a trip and walking away. But the part you don’t see is what happens after.

It’s the follow up, the research, the small adjustments that make the difference between a good trip and a great one. That’s where my real work begins. It’s not glamorous, but I love, love helping people have the most amazing trips!

I make it my personal mission to treat every trip like it’s my own. That means I’ll be in your corner every step of the way, from start to finish.

If you’ve been putting off planning your next family vacation, cruise, or getaway, I’d love to be the one doing this behind the scenes work for you. Send me a message and let’s make that trip happen. ✈️🌊

Disney does not have to cost a fortune. But knowing WHERE to save and WHERE to spend makes all the difference.

Here is how I help my clients get the most out of every dollar:

💰 Park Hoppers are not for everyone. Families with little ones usually do not need them. But adults only trips or older kids? Sometimes absolutely worth it. This is always a conversation, not a one size fits all answer.

💰 Bring a reusable water bottle and refill it at table service restaurants. The filtered water is better anyway, and electrolyte packets in the Florida heat make all the difference.

💰 Do not automatically add Lightning Lane at EPCOT or Animal Kingdom. Rope drop those parks first and you might not need it at all.

💰 The Dining Plan does not always save you money. I run the numbers with every client before we add it so there are no surprises.

💰 Never forget to ask about the bounce back offer. Most guests have no idea it exists.

The best Disney trips are not the most expensive ones. They are the most intentional ones.

Want someone in your corner who will figure out what actually works for YOUR family? That is exactly what I do. ✨🏰

June was a month filled with so many milestones! My first baby graduated VPK, had her first dance recital, turned five, and got her ears pierced! My second born is learning so many new words and started (sort of haha) potty training. Lastly, my husband and I celebrated 10 years of marriage!

Business wise, I had a slower booking month intentionally. With everything going on with my family, I wanted to focus more on them. I did get the chance to go to an Agent Education Program at Disney, but ended up having to leave early due to illness. Hopefully I will be back again one day!

How was your June?
