🔑 Disney Adults, have you ever wanted to see what happens BEHIND the magic
at Magic Kingdom?

Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour is a 5-hour guided experience that takes you beyond the attractions and into the history, hidden details and backstage workings
of Magic Kingdom.

And yes you get to go into the famous underground Utilidors. 👀

The tour is for guests ages 16+, includes lunch and currently costs $169–$189 per person, plus tax,depending on your date. You’ll also need valid Magic Kingdom admission.

One important thing to know you can’t take pictures orvideo during the tour. Some Disney secrets apparently need to stay behind the scenes. 😉

This one has been on my list for a while, and I finally booked it for my October trip! I’m excited to experience it for myself and share my thoughts afterward.

Even if your kids haven’t used a stroller at home in years, Disney is a whole different kind of walking! Between long park days, heat, crowds, and tired little legs, a stroller can be a lifesaver and sometimes the difference between a happy evening and a total meltdown.

🍹 Disney Adults, sometimes the best thing you can do at Disneyland in the afternoon is find a great spot to STOP.

The Mint Julep Bar in New Orleans Square is perfect for one of those little breaks. Grab a refreshing non-alcoholic Mint Julep, add an order of traditional Mickey-shaped beignets, and find a seat on the shared outdoor patio. 💚

No dining reservation. No big meal. Just a chance to sit down, enjoy a treat, and take in the atmosphere of New Orleans Square before heading back into the parks.

And here’s a helpful distinction: while the Mint Julep Bar shares its patio area with Tiana’s Palace, they are separate quick-service locations with different menus. Tiana’s Palace even has its own lemon-filled beignets!

For an adults Disneyland trip, I always recommend leaving room for moments like this. Your vacation doesn’t need to be a race from one attraction to the next. ✨

Disneyland Quick Tip ✨

You can WALK between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure! 🏰➡️🎡

The entrances are directly across the esplanade from each other, so switching parks can take just a few minutes once you exit.

That’s one reason Park Hopper tickets can be especially useful at Disneyland. You could start your morning at Disneyland, hop over to California Adventure for lunch and attractions, and return to Disneyland later in the day.

For Disney Adults, I love this flexibility because your day doesn’t have to feel locked into one park.

🚗 Did you know Disney’s California Adventure was built where guests used to PARK their cars?

Before Disney California Adventure opened in 2001, much of that land was Disneyland’s original parking lot. Imagine pulling into Disneyland years ago, parking your car and someday that same spot would become home to attractions, restaurants, and entire lands! 🤯

Today, you could be walking through Avengers Campus, enjoying Pixar Pier, or heading toward Cars Land on property that once welcomed rows and rows of cars.

It’s one of those pieces of Disneyland history I love because it shows just how much Disneyland Resort has changed since Walt opened Disneyland in 1955. ✨

Next time you’re exploring Disney California Adventure, stop for a second and think about what used to be beneath your feet!

🚗 Disney Adults you don’t have to rush down Main Street, U.S.A. Sometimes you can RIDE instead!

When you enter Magic Kingdom, keep an eye out around Town Square for the signs marking the Main Street Vehicles boarding area. Depending on what’s operating that morning, you may get the chance to ride in one of Disney’s vintage vehicles including the horse-drawn trolley, omnibus, jitney, or fire engine. ✨

The one-way ride takes you between Town Square and the hub near Cinderella Castle, and there’s no additional cost.

My tip? Look for these EARLY. Main Street Vehicles typically operate during the morning and may finish running by late morning.

For Disney Adults, this is one of those experiences I love because it forces you to do something we sometimes forget at Disney

SLOW DOWN. ❤️

Instead of racing toward your first attraction, take a ride down Main Street. Look at the buildings. Take in the castle view. Enjoy an attraction that has been part of the charm of Magic Kingdom for generations.

Sometimes the Disney magic is found in the things everyone else is rushing past.

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After gives some of Disney’s most notorious troublemakers their chance to take center stage. 🖤

Inside the Magic Mirror’s mysterious realm, you’ll encounter familiar villains as they make their case for who has been treated the most unfairly of them all.

It’s dark, theatrical, funny, and a completely different kind of Disney entertainment. Which makes it especially fun for Disney Adults who love the villains just as much as the heroes. 😉

And because it’s a stage show, it can also be a great opportunity to sit down and enjoy some air conditioning during a busy Hollywood Studios day!
