From Odessa, Ukraine to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Masha didn't come here to take it easy — she came to run an office.

2.5 years in, Masha keeps the MACS operation moving from the inside. Her favorite part of the job? The monthly cookouts. (She's earned them.)

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Adam Semrich | Assistant Operations

If a job needs two full straight trucks, a car hauler, motorcycles, giant custom crates, a flatbed to load them, and a tow truck waiting at the destination — Adam's your guy.

Adam has been with MACS out of Round Lake Park, IL, growing into his role in Assistant Operations and never slowing down. His most memorable job? A long-haul to McDonough, Georgia that required more equipment than most crews see in a month. He made it work.

What keeps him coming back? The growth. Every job, every challenge — there's always more to learn and more room to move up.

His advice if you've got items going to multiple spots on move day: have everything separated before the crew arrives. The less sorting on site, the smoother it goes.
