🍎🚌 First field trips are extra special! 🍏

There’s nothing quite like the excitement of a kindergartener heading out on their very first field trip!

We love being part of these special milestones. Today was a beautiful fall day for a trip to the apple orchard! 🍎🍂

🎉⭐ Please join us in congratulating Selena S., our September Employee of the Month! ⭐🎉

Selena has been a School Bus Aide at our Stillwater division for the past couple of years, bringing care, dedication, and a willingness to help wherever she’s needed. From keeping students safe and comfortable on the bus to supporting coworkers around the garage, Selena is always ready to step up.

That dedication didn’t stop when school let out! Over the summer, Selena helped detail buses and get them ready for another school year. Her positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a lasting impact on those around her.

Congratulations, Selena! 🎉 Thank you for everything you do and for always going above and beyond at Schmitty & Sons! 💙🚌

🏅❤️ A Well-Deserved Honor for Mebal Kaanyi ❤️🏅

We’re incredibly proud of Schmitty & Sons driver Mebal Kaanyi, who was presented with the American Red Cross National Lifesaving Award at the Minnesota State Fair last weekend.

The award recognizes Mebal’s incredible courage after she rescued a young child from drowning in Lake Owasso last year. Established in 1911, the National Lifesaving Award has been presented to only around 3,700 people throughout its history, making this a truly rare honor.

Congratulations, Mebal! Your courage and compassion continue to make us proud. ❤️🚌

Her positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help make a difference every day. We’re lucky to have her on the team!

Congratulations, Sam! 🚌💙
