The best ideas usually come from the people doing the work every day.

When Aaron Breitmeyer saw an opportunity to improve our packaging process, he teamed up with Supervisor Kris Allen and Delath Team Lead Ron Austin to make it happen. Together, they designed and built a custom fixture that holds stapler cords, helping streamline the unit-wrapping process and making the job safer, easier, and more efficient.

It's a great example of what can happen when our team works together to solve everyday challenges and find practical ways to improve the way we work.

Today, we celebrate the spirit of America—and the hardworking people who help keep it moving.

To every member of the Biewer team and your families, thank you for everything you do throughout the year. We hope today is filled with time together, good food, laughter, and a chance to recharge.

We're proud of what we build, proud that it's made here in America, and even more proud of the people who make it possible every day.
