It’s spooky season and what better place to head to the very hotel that inspired the legendary Stephen King.

The Stanley Hotel is nestled in the Rockies of Colorado and is seriously a stunning place to spend a long weekend!

Yes, the hotel is claimed to be haunted and there is ghost tours offered but it is so much more than a spooky destination. Guests can enjoy the natural surroundings of Rocky Mountain National Park or explore Historic Estes Park for shopping.

Car Land at night is incredible but add in a little pumpkin spice for spooky season and it is a MUST DO! 🎃

The whole area is decorated for the season with the Cars Land theme in mind. From tire pumpkins to Cozy Cone Horror Motel you will be screaming with delight at the cutest (imo) overlay for spooky season in all of Disneyland!

As a special treat during Oogie Boogie Bash guests can meet car-tumsed characters ready for the season. Vampire Mater is my personal favorite!

Oogie isn’t the only one boogieing this year!

Madame Leota had awakened the spirits with her tambourine🔮

And they’ve taken to the streets of Disney’s California Adventure Park for their own swinging wake! Some of your favorite Haunted Mansion ghosts have come to life and assembled just for Oogie Boogie Bash!

The route stops at 3 locations for ghostly delights so make sure to ask a cast member for where those stops are if you want to see the ghosts come to life!

Let’s start thinking about Oogie Boogie Bash for 2027! Disneyland packages are already available for booking and don’t let your vacation disappear!
