We wrapped up our 12 week health challenge this week and the commitment from this team was unmatched! 🎉💪

Total weight loss: 112 lbs

This team showed up every single week — countless steps, meal prep, early mornings, discipline, dedication, and those 8am Friday weigh-ins all added up. The hard work truly showed and everyone should be so proud of what they accomplished!

More than just results on the scale, this challenge was about building healthier habits, consistency, and creating a lifestyle that lasts long after these 12 weeks. ☀️
