My name is Steve and my wife and daughter travel full-time in our Class-A diesel pusher and we absolutely love living the RV life! I served in the USAF for a few years and had a blast serving others as I was in the Services group working in food service and fitness training. I've traveled all across this beautiful country but never really stopped to explore. It was always a dream of ours to buy an

RV and travel to see all there is! I can tell you, after two years, we've barely scratched the surface. With that, we don't see ourselves settling down too soon. I decided I wanted to help others find and get in their RV of their dreams so they could enjoy this lifestyle! Whether you're looking to travel part-time or full, the RV is a huge investment and the last thing you want to do is buy that beautiful rig only to have it in the shop for endless days. That's where I come in, I want to help you avoid getting an RV that will have issues you may not know about. I can tell you as a RV owner, you never stop learning about your investment. There's so many little details that can be overlooked when at the dealer or private seller that you may not notice and I want to help you understand all the ins and outs. The inspection of this beautiful 2022 Newmar Ventana 3717 was not only a pleasure to inspect, but it marks our 200th inspection since starting this business in March 2023!! 🎉

It has been an absolute pleasure doing this job and I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to get into it to be certified so that I could help people along with their RV journey. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many awesome people along the way, as well as have the opportunity to travel around to help people with their journey. The main goal and getting into this was to help people avoid buying a nightmare of an RV. As a full-time RVer myself of five years, I still continue to learn so much about these coaches. I hear so many horror stories of people buying an RV for freedom and family adventure and it saddens me when I hear the horror stories of how they are treated at dealerships and what they’ve gone through by RV manufacturers. 2021 New Horizons Majestic M45IKFB6S

Had the pleasure of inspecting this beautiful coach. These are all custom ordered from New Horizon and this one is ordered with a rear bunk room. This coach was packed full of some cool features like two dishwashers, a residential style cooktop with exhaust fan, a in wall double oven and many other features!

This coach only had a few minor issues and it was a pleasure to inspect.

What was your favorite feature of this coach? Oh and by the way, at 45 feet long, the GVWR comes in at 30,000 pounds!! 🤯

2015 Winnebago Brave 🤩

Had the opportunity to inspect this awesome remake of a classic from and let me say, it did not disappoint!! Only found a few minor issues and the seller was more than willing to repair those items so my client could purchase this Coach with confidence and peace of mind! I was really impressed by the quality of this Coach! This was a one owner unit and they took great care of it!

⭐️ 2019 Newmar Dutch Star 4369 - Las Vegas, NV

Had the privilege of inspecting this beautiful coach! Have you ever seen a bunk sofa?? This coach was equipped with that and a sofa bed providing 3 extra beds! I will say that even though that’s an awesome idea, both couch’s are very uncomfortable. (In my opinion). Nonetheless, still an awesome feature!

The inspection did find numerous minor issues and a couple major ones.
- front curbside slide topper fascia missing
- rear curbside slide topper completely missing
- minor surface scratches along the curbside
- drivers side wiper needs replacing
- missing radio antenna
- mattress needs replacing
- power cord housing pulled away from plug
- rear curbside slide slightly out of alignment
- battery/water tank monitor not working
- center AC cover missing screws to secure it
- bedroom power shades remote missing. Unable to test
- pipe fittings under all sinks cracked

And a few other minor issues. All the issues found were relayed to dealer and they have agreed to fix all of them. 🙌🏼

⭐️2025 Leisure Travel Van Unity FX - Las Vegas, NV

This beautiful coach was a pleasure to inspect! Very well built from Canada. Only had a couple issues..

-Slide seals were not making contact with the slide walls creating an area of possible water intrusion.
-The gray tank sensor wasn’t reading the water levels.

Both issues were corrected by the dealer. Both could’ve been easily overlooked by my client had he not had the inspection as the dealer was unaware of these issues.

Now, about the coach… It has the 60th Anniversary package! Very well thought out floor plan that’s versatile! Would you even think that this coach has TWO living areas?? Up front, you have very comfortable lounge chairs that power recline. When it’s bedtime, the Murphy bed easily comes down to a 74x60’ size. When it’s time for dinner or some games, the middle section can raise up to provide a nice sitting area. The rear has a full bathroom with a nice size shower! You also have a spacious rear lounge area with a pull out ottoman with raised top to use as a desk area. Also has two TVs, lots of storage, and nice pull out pantry! To top it off, not one, but two battle born 270AH lithium batteries and a 3000 watt pure sine wave inverter! With 4 solar panels on the roof, you may never even need to use the on board generator! The Air Conditioner has a soft start already installed so you can run it off the batteries! 🤯

Had the privilege of inspecting this beautiful 35’ Coach! Only found some minor issues

- Small rock chip in windshield
- Sealant gaps on the roof in a few areas
- Dirty AC coils
- Slide seals not fully extending

Dealer took care of all the issues thanks to my detailed inspection report. Another great client to work with and very happy they hired me to help on their RV journey!

If you’ve never stepped inside a Lance, you’re missing a really nice quality built RV! Client was in of an inspection in New York and I was able to help him with that! It was cold and rainy but well worth it! Found some minor issues and dealer agreed to fix all of them which always makes for a happy client!
