Swimming with Hawaiian green sea turtles. The best time to swim with these amazing creatures is in the summer when it’s nice and warm. If you’re lucky enough to see a green sea turtle, be sure not to touch! It’s illegal!

Go on a helicopter tour while visiting Hawaii! Unique options can be found on each island, but I personally love the views of volcanoes with the doors off on the Big Island. Depending on which tour you pick- you could even land in a lava field. 🤩

Catching a sunset in Hawaii is mandatory! A lot of people enjoy them from a beach and there are some on the islands that are better than others. As an alternative, make a dining reservation at a spot where it’s visible. Enjoy a great meal and cocktail as the sun goes down!

Roadside stands are one of the best places to buy Hawaiian fruit. It’s typically reasonably priced, local, fresh, and ready to eat! While some fruits are seasonal, you can find pineapples, bananas, papaya, and coconut year-round.
