The Best Bite is a Kansas City radio show that airs on Saturday mornings from 9 am to 10 am, on ESPN 1510. Like the name implies, the show is a Saturday Morning Speakeasy about what's hip, what's hot and what's new in the Kansas City Restaurant Scene. The show is co-hosted by John Schultz and Nikki Cannezzaro. Guests on the show include owners, managers and chefs from local restaurants around Kans

Past guests have included Chef Celina Tio from Julian, Collection and The Belfry, Shanita McAfee of Magnolias, Kevin Timmons of Nick & Jake's, Dave Quarte from Margarita's, Kelly Manning from the Taverns (Prairie Village and Mission Farms), Joe Howard from Firebird's Wood Fired Grill, Sidney Fish from Beauty of the Bistro Food Truck, Laura Norris from Regazza, and many more. The show also includes a critic's corner segment featuring reviews of local restaurants. Past reviews have included Novel, Affare, Thomas, Pot Pie, 75th Street Brewery, Anton's Tap Room, Bone Fish, and several others. We welcome recommendations for guests and critics for reviews.
