Happy New Year homeowners! A few announcements:
1) we are in process of bringing on a new treasurer and will keep you posted. If you have interest in running please private message Woodcreek at RR HOA. Please DO NOT comment your interest below on this sensitive matter it will be removed. Thank you.
2) Your board will have a meeting scheduled for all HOA within a couple weeks and will be set for 60 days out. We will discuss getting back on track with dues collection, 2015 didn't go out, and how to approach 2016 dues given 2015 notices not going out.

Home owners be aware.

HOA By-laws state NO LIVESTOCK. This includes chickens. When in conflict with HOA By-laws, a city ordinance cannot be less restrictive than the HOA, therefore since the HOA is a Missouri-state registered legally recognized entity our rules (which in this case are MORE restrictive than the ordinance) will trump the city ordinance when more restrictive. ~~JP Rogers~~
