We survived the auction. Even though we started with 42 units fortunately we were only forced to actually sell 22. The sale went smoothly but only 6 bidders were present. I would have preferred to have had more players. We may do another one in late summer or early fall depending on the need. I hate these things but it is a business necessity to keep our units populated with people who actually pay their rent.

I did that, I also read the initiatives, and considered what it all means. It troubles me greatly that in so many races money speaks. The right or proper argument seems to get lost in the plethora of political ads screaming one position or the other. The initiatives themselves are worded to obscure and confuse. It just makes me sad.

We had the biggest day ever today. We sent six Penske trucks out to locations throughout the US plus brought two new customers in.
I have hired two new employees, Christine and Kiana. We have expanded our hours which I will be updating/posting soon.
